Knee Scooter
Knee Scooter (Knee Walker) is a rolling mobility device designed for patients who need to remain non-weight-bearing on one foot or lower leg following surgery, fracture, or injury. The patient rests the affected knee on a padded platform and propels the scooter with the unaffected foot, providing a more comfortable and efficient alternative to crutches for many patients.
Knee scooters are height-adjustable and can be steered with handlebars. They are appropriate for most indoor and smooth outdoor surfaces. OxyCare supplies knee scooters and rental is available for patients in post-surgical recovery.
