Abduction Full Leg Wedge is a foam positioning device designed to maintain proper lower limb alignment for patients recovering from hip replacement surgery or managing hip instability. By holding the legs in a slightly abducted (outward) position, it reduces the risk of hip dislocation and supports the healing process during post-operative recovery.
