Drop Arm Commode is designed for patients who require lateral transfers from a wheelchair, bed, or other surface to the commode, as the arms can be lowered out of the way to facilitate the transfer. It supports up to 300 lbs and adjusts in seat height from 18.25" to 22.5", making it adaptable to a range of patients and care environments.
Arms are released by pushing the drop-arm mechanism toward the front of the commode, and reset by lifting until the latch clicks into place. OxyCare technicians deliver, set up, and demonstrate proper use to patients and caregivers, and rental is available for those with short-term needs.
